ADMINISTRATION
Job Summary: To proceed account and administrative in support to office manager and management team.
Role & Responsibilities:
-
Handle and manage all administrative and accounting jobs function ie: paper tasks, concerned Tax Invoice, Receipt, etc.
-
As a coordinator between the management team and employee from other department (Sales Team/ Finance & Human Resources & etc. inside the company) to ensure that the service is performed professionally and in a timely manner.

Follow up and ensure day to day operation of tasks and assignment given.

Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet required deadlines
-
Other jobs assign by superior.
Requirement :-

Male with the age 24 years up, Thai Nationality.

Bachelor’s Degree in any Business Administration field.

New graduated are welcome.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Well communication both English & Thai.

Good Computer literacy (Microsoft Windows, Internet Applications, Microsoft Offices).
-
Able to respond to any enquiries via telephone or computer.
-
Good team work and coordination skills.
-
A high caliber person with positive attitude and pleasant personality.
Working Time: Monday – Friday (8.30 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.)
